Basic obligations and responsibilities:

It takes a person who is responsible for operating and independently managing all processes in a small café, which is engaged in serving light food and drinks.

  • Planning, organizing, managing and controlling sales, purchases and expenditures
  • Personally cares about the supply of cafes and restaurants with food and drink;
  • Track inventory and optimize them
  • Keeps records of café incomes and expenses;
  • Permanent communication and negotiation with suppliers
  • Timely analysis of food and drink prices in relation to competition
  • Knowledge and observance of legal regulations related to catering
  • Realizes the administrative activities of the restaurant
  • Supervising the implementation of occupational safety regulations
  • Worries about sanitary measures of employees;
  • Controls the hygiene of the facility according to the HACCP standard
  • Worries about hygienic correctness of equipment and facilities;
  • Monitoring the preparation of meals, drinks, harmonization with norms
  • Provides monthly, quarterly and annual inventories of food, beverages and inventory.
  • Proposing the purchase of catering equipment
  • Monitor trends that will improve all the business activities of the restaurant
  • Participation in the marketing activities of F & B
  • Participates in and controls the training of new employees
  • Creates weekly work reports for the company director
  • Performs other activities in accordance with the instructions of the Company’s director.

Conditions:

  • Experience at the position of restaurant managers for at least 3 years
  • Knowledge and monitoring of legal regulations in material and financial operations
  • Knowledge of business customs in the catering industry
